THINGS FOR REFLECTION!

THINGS FOR REFLECTION!
An honest failure!

I would prefer to be an honest failure

than to be a corrupted success.

Before you speak; Listen

Before you write; Think

Before you spend; Earn

Before you criticize; Wait

Before you pray; Forgive

Before you quit; Try

I found everything

In the search for life, I discovered the truth.

In the search for truth, I discovered love.

In the search for love, I discovered God.

In the search for God, I have found everything.

Just sail

As we sail through life

Don't avoid storms and rough waters;

Just let it pass.

Just sail.

Always remember

Calm seas never make skillful sailors.

Life is about

The most important thing in any game

Is not to win but to take part.

Similarly the most important thing in any game

is not the triumph but the struggle.

The essential thing is not to have conquered

but to have fought well.

Mistakes are lessons

When you make a mistake

don't look back at it long.

Take the reason of the thing

into your mind and then look forward.

Mistakes are lessons of wisdom;

the past cannot be changed.
The future is yet in your power.

People never forget

People will forget what you said.

People will forget what you did.

But people will never forget

how you made them feel.

Treat everyone as special

Beginning today, treat everyone you meet

as if they were going to be dead by midnight.

Extend to them all the care, kindness

and understanding you can muster

and do it with no thought of no reward.

Your life will never be the same.

Be yourself

Don't try to be someone you're not

just to please anyone.

Don't change who you are;

If people don't like you this way

It will be their lost.

The important thing is to love yourself.

Why not you

Today is a new day

Many will seize this day

Many will live it to the fullest,

Why not you!

In life we learn

We learn that some people are never

what they appear to be.

Some we can easily trust

And there are the one you doubt;

But a wise man told me once

Ask your heart, it will always know.

How do we show love

It's not by the words we say

words are very deceiving;

but love is always shown

by the things we do so easily

for the object of our affection.

Words are cheap and often mean nothing.

TIT-BITS!

TIT-BITS!
Warren Buffet, the second richest man who has donated $31 billion to charity. Here are some very interesting aspects of his life:

1. He bought his first share at age 11 and he now regrets that he started too late!

2. He bought a small farm at age 14 with savings from delivering newspapers.

3. He still lives in the same small 3-bedroom house in mid-town Omaha,
that he bought after he got married 50 years ago. He says that he has
everything he needs in that house. His house does not have a wall or a fence.

4. He drives his own car everywhere and does not have a driver or security people around him.

5. He never travels by private jet, although he owns the world's largest private jet company.

6. His company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns 63 companies.
He writes only one letter each year to the CEOs of these companies, giving them goals for the year. He never holds meetings or calls them on a regular basis.

He has given his CEO's only two rules.
Rule number 1: Do not lose any of your shareholder's money
Rule number 2: Do not forget rule number 1.

7. He does not socialize with the high society crowd. His past time after he gets home is to make himself some pop corn and watch Television.

8. Bill Gates, the world's richest man met him for the first time only 5 years ago. Bill Gates did not think he had anything in common with Warren Buffet. So he had scheduled his meeting only for half hour. But when Gates met him, the meeting lasted for ten hours and Bill Gates
became a devotee of Warren Buffet.

9. Warren Buffet does not carry a cell phone, nor has a computer on his desk.

His advice to young people: “Stay away from credit cards and invest in yourself and Remember:
A. Money doesn't create man but it is man who created money.
B. Live your life as simple as you can.
C. Don't do what others say, just listen, but do what you feel is good.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
One day all the employees reached the office and they saw a big notice on the door on which was written:

'Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym'.

In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that man who hindered the growth of his colleagues and the company itself. The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room.

The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up. Everyone thought: 'Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!'. One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless. They stood nearby the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself.

There was also a sign next to the mirror that said:

'There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU. You are the only person who can revolutionize your life. You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success. You are the only person who can help yourself. Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change! when your parents change, when your partner changes, when your company changes. Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life. 'The most important relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself'

Examine yourself, watch yourself. Don't be afraid of difficulties, impossibilities and losses: be a winner, build yourself and your reality. It's the way you face Life that makes the difference.

Words of Wisdom!

Words of Wisdom!
The relationships we have with the world

are largely determined by the relationship

you have with yourself.

"Let no one come to you without leaving happier and better."--Mother Teresa.

God sews up the buds of flowers very tight

and after a while, He lets the rain and sun

open the stitches.

Faith is the bird that sings

when the dawn is still dark.

Don't count the days, let the days count...

It doesn't matter what I say,

what I believe or what I do, without love,

I'm lost!

Life is about 10% how you make it

and 90 % how you take it.

Don't take life so seriously

You'll never get out of it alive.

Every human has to know when to try harder

and when to just walk away.

" How you see your life shapes your life."--Rick Warren

Before you speak your mind

Weight your words...

by asking three questions

Is it true?

Is it necessary?

Is it kind?

"Either you run the day or the day runs you."--Jim Rohn

Happiness comes through doors

you didn't even know you left open.

Patience is the ability to idle your motor

when you feel like stripping your gears.

"Kind words are short and easy to speak, but their echoes are endless."--Mother Teresa.

HOW ARE YOU MY DEAR FRIENDS!

HOW ARE YOU MY DEAR FRIENDS!
Attitude is everything.
Be kinder than necessary,
For everyone you meet is
fighting some kind of battle.

Live simply,
Love generously,
Care deeply,
Speak kindly.

Leave the rest to God.
Life isn't about waiting
for the storm to pass...

It's about learning to
dance in the rain.
